Description
Sweetened whole banana chips come from the variety of ”cardava” banana (musa paradisiaca sapientum). Green bananas are used as raw materials which are free from foreign matter such as muds, paints, cuts, bruises and disease. Selected green bananas are peeled, washed and sliced, then fried using refined bleach deodorized coconut oil (RBD) at the right time and temperature. Banana chips are then immersed in sugar syrup, fried for a second time then cooled and passed through a sieving machine to separate any broken pieces.

Storage conditions & shelf life
Cool dry area free from risk of contamination and moisture. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
Shelf life is minimum 6 months from pack date. Once opened shelf life is 30 days based on storage conditions listed above.
