Description
Pitted Prunes are prepared from mature, clean sound fruit which has been washed and dried. The fruit is then dehydrated to the correct moisture level, treated with potassium sorbate / sorbic acid (mould inhibitor) and packed. Produced in accordance with USDA Standards.

Storage conditions & shelf life
Cool dry area free from risk of contamination and moisture. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
Shelf life is minimum 6 months from pack date. Once opened shelf life is 30 days based on storage conditions listed above.
