  1. Supply Chains and Auditing

Our supply chain includes sourcing products in bulk from both national and international accredited suppliers. These products are then re-packed into smaller quantities (eg.1kg) in our warehouse. Our staff are fully trained at packing with the help of training from a food consultant who visits several times a year.

These packed products are then sold on to our wholesale and restaurant/catering customers.

  1. Afropol’s Trading Policies on Slavery and Human Trafficking

We are committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or any part of our business. Our Ethical Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.

We are a small company and all our staff are based in our warehouse/office premises. We have a director who is in charge of HR. In addition, the directors ensure that any employees complaints or disputes are dealt with promptly and where necessary, formally.

We ensure that all employees receive consistent and fair treatment in all aspects of their roles within the business.
